Camassia Leichtlinii

This beautiful plant is a bulb, but it is grown in the wildflower garden or in the border where its tall spires of star-shaped, mid-blue to lilac flowers appear above strap-like leaves in late spring. It provides welcome blue hues among the yellow flowers of Spring.
